Energy Healing

An energy healing method for stress relief, pain relief and improved health. It’s a natural, holistic way to bring your mind, body, emotions, and spirit back into balance so your body can heal itself more effectively!

One-on-one sessions are done on a massage table with the client fully clothed.  Using a light touch (or completely “hands-off” if requested), I’ll gently place my hands on or above your body in specific locations. Then, I’ll generate and direct a flow of energy to clear, open and reorganize the circulation of energy through the body. There is no massage or manipulation.

The benefits of energy bodywork happen on many levels: emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual. Clients may experience sensations of heat, pressure, pulsing, or tingling which can be intense or subtle. Images, colors or memories may come up, or there may be a release of emotion. However, sometimes people do not perceive any specific change or sensation during the session at all.  Most people find the treatment to be very relaxing, and some even fall asleep. Changes can also show up after the session is over or in the following days.

Energy Healing is an excellent complement and can enhance the effects of massage, chiropractic work, acupuncture or other traditional treatment methods. It is uniquely suited and especially beneficial for:

  • Unexplainable or undiagnosable pain

  • Pain that is too severe for massage or other pressure/manipulation

  • Emotional triggers that cause pain

Why the nervous system?

Your body continuously communicates with you through the physical sensations you experience, the emotions you feel, and the thoughts you are thinking. Your nervous system is the means by which you experience life through your physical body.  Every part of your body is either part of or connected to your nervous system.  

The inter-connectivity of the nervous system with every cell, tissue and organ in the body as well as its central role in transmitting pain and determining stress response make it an excellent way to access the body to promote the healing process in any and all areas.
